Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail at explore@vinchase.com between 9 am and 5 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday and we will try to solve your concerns. In general we do not accept returns and will not offer refunds for any reason. However, we do appreciate each client and will replace a bottle when it is clearly flawed.
